Pankhuri has joined Corvus People after working with an international leadership search firm specialising in Global Technology Services. In her previous role, she focused on managing CXO portfolios for software, technology, IoT, and professional services firms.

She completed her MBA at Queens University Belfast with a focus on business strategy, people management and organizational leadership, equipping her with the skills to identify top talent, assess leadership potential, and drive successful executive search initiatives that align with an organization’s strategic goals and culture.

Pankhuri takes pride in her ability to effectively communicate, develop, and maintain strong partnerships with candidates and clients. Outside of work, she is an avid traveller, a voracious reader, and a passionate advocate for animal welfare, diversity, and inclusivity.

A proud Yorkshireman, Michael made Northern Ireland his home in 2014, settling in Holywood where he lives with his wife and two young children.

He brings over a decade of expertise to his role as Director, where he leads the Executive Search division. With a focus on fostering growth in businesses with turnovers typically ranging from £10 million to £1.5 billion. He maintains key relationships with Directors, C-level, and non-executive directors along with a high-potential talent network.

Michael facilitates strategic alignments between individuals and organisations, driving mutual success in the UK and Ireland. He and his colleagues specialise in identifying, engaging, and evaluating exceptional individuals, ensuring optimal matches between candidates and organisations for maximum impact.

Employing a unique methodology, they comprehensively assess candidates based on various factors including IQ, EQ, track record, and behavioural alignment. This ensures enduring partnerships between talent and high-growth businesses.

Outside of work, when not running after his 1- & 3-year-old daughters, he dedicates his time to volunteering with organisations such as GoodWork, IncludeYouth, and DadBodsNI.

Ian began his career in recruitment in 1992 and with over 20 of those years as a recruitment business owner. He worked for Stanley Plc in Scotland from 1995-98 as a Systems Consultant and returned to Belfast in 1998 to set up Northern Ireland’s first IT recruitment company.

He founded Corvus in 2011 with the objective of working with only a select base of clients and candidates, providing both with the highest levels of time and attention. He has successfully delivered FDI projects and Executive Search assignments to C-Level throughout NI, RoI GB and the US in the Private and NDPB sectors. His goal is to see his Customers and the Corvus team succeed.
