Our global client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Project Lead. As a Digital Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing digital projects within the department, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation. You will be working on several projects to enhance customer self-service portals, working with internal client facing and technology teams.

Key elements of the role:
- Lead and manage digital projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues or obstacles that may impact project success.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging digital technologies and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- Ideally Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital project management, preferably within a service operations or technology-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving innovative solutions.
- Experience with digital technologies (such as automation, data analytics, and cloud-based platforms).
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment, embracing change and driving continuous improvement.
