Michelle has over 30 years recruitment experience across NI, England, and the US (delivering an international programme of work for EDS in Plano as part of the US wide Veterans Association Programme). Much of her experience is within Technology, but over the last 10 years she has delivered some of the largest and most complex “must not fail” FDI projects in NI, within IT, Legal, HR, Finance and Business Services.

Michelle has incomparable project management experience, successfully delivering complex projects for A&O, Citi, Fujitsu, and Herbert Smith across multiple disciplines.
