Chris started his career working in recruitment and enjoyed the relationship building and consultancy aspect of the industry when an opportunity to move into HR presented itself. For the past 9 years Chris has operated as a Senior HR professional within a large multinational organisation.

He is a Chartered member of the CIPD, a qualified Executive coach and agile HR practitioner who has developed a detailed and strategic approach to learning and development, talent management and generalist HR all of which that help drive empowerment, development, trust and retention within organisations.
