Chris started his career in recruitment in 2018 following a successful spell within SaaS sales and Account Management. He specialised in the IT sector with a particular focus on support, infrastructure, devops, cyber, sales & customer success and has built multi-disciplined teams in SaaS start-ups all the way to global fintech organisations.

Prior to recruitment, Chris worked as a Sales and Account Manager in a software house in County Armagh, which lit his passion for IT infrastructure and engineering. He worked closely with delivery teams implementing ERP solutions to multi-million pound TO FMCG businesses. It was here that he learnt the value of building strong relationships with customers and becoming solutions-focused to address company pain points.

Chris is a graduate of Ulster University Coleraine with a degree in Journalism with Psychology.
