Charlene joined Corvus in 2022, having spent the last 10 years at senior management level within the Luxury Retail sector. During her time there, Charlene was responsible for the recruitment of retail staff across all levels of the business. Charlene was also responsible for onboarding, training, coaching, and staff development – this experience has given her a deep knowledge of the sector and an in-depth understanding of how to successfully recruit and engage retail employees.

Outside of her retail specialism, Charlene has experience recruiting for various roles in the Manufacturing and Construction sectors, including Operation Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Estimators.

Charlene prides herself on her communication and develops strong and long-lasting partnerships with her clients.
