As they continue to expand, they are looking for a dynamic and driven Trading Assistant to join the team. If you have a passion for trading, excellent organisational and excel skills, and a keen eye for detail, this could be the ideal role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Manager on all key tasks
- Monitor stock levels and place orders to maintain a balanced inventory.
- Support the trading team in managing customer accounts and processing orders
- Collate market information
- Maintaining customer pricing
- Updating data and internal documents using excel daily
- Coordinate with other departments within the business and working on projects
Skills and Qualifications:
- Min Grade C in GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Previous experience in a trading, wholesale, or supply chain role is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or inventory management software
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive approach to learning and development.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
