Our client, a global telecommunications leader, is seeking a data-driven Logistics Analytics & Optimisation Lead to drive efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement across their global logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse logistics data to identify optimization opportunities in shipment routing, service levels, and carrier selection.
• Collaborate with global teams and logistics providers to implement cost-saving initiatives without impacting service quality.
• Lead freight audit and payment processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and automation where possible.
• Support VAT recovery efforts and provide logistics performance reporting and cost tracking.
• Design Power BI dashboards and develop logistics metrics to inform business decisions.
• Lead logistics cost-reduction initiatives, ensuring alignment with budget goals.
• Partner with Finance on budget planning, cost estimates, and executive-level reporting.
• Manage supplier performance, contracts, and RFx processes with strong cross-functional leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of logistics/supply chain experience, including 3+ in international logistics.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI expertise; Oracle experience a plus.
• Clear communicator with a detail-oriented mindset and ability to influence across teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree required, fluent English essential.
