Head of Procurement

£70,000 – £90,000

OHMG is currently on a change journey. As the business moves on to its next phase, they’re looking for an experienced procurement professional to provide strategic advice and leadership to the procurement & executive team.

You will be very familiar with end-to-end procurement of materials and subcontract work packages in a general contractor environment. You’ll be an expert negotiator, goal orientated but with an ability to build key relationships and find the middle ground. You’ll care deeply

about the development of people and be invested in making gradual improvements to processes.

·        Experience of procuring subcontract packages, plant & materials.

·        Negotiation & influence skills

·        Relationship building (internally & externally)

·        Knowledge of NEC, JCT & Public Works Contract

·        Proficient IT skills and knowledge of innovations in the procurement sector.
