In this role you will be expected to deliver on high levels of customer satisfaction by managing customer communications, helping train other team members, taking ownership over customer issues and processes and collaborating closely with other departments. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and process orders.
- Handle complaints and provide training to junior staff.
- Generate reports and maintain records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customers receive the best solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Take part in operational duties like invoice or pricing generation when required
What You Need:
- 3 years of recent experience in a Customer Service environment.
- Experience using a Call Management System/CRM.
- Strong desire to skill up and achieve certifications
- IT skills and the ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Relevant experience in a Telecommunications/Network/IT Customer Service environment (desirable).
- Experience in generating management reports (desirable).
