IT Support Engineer – Up to £32k
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join a fantastic team. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for our Cloud Services Infrastructure and customers. This includes technical support for servers, desktops, and laptops, as well as patching, antivirus policy implementation, backups, and desktop management.

Your New Role:
You’ll provide technical support for servers, desktops, and laptops, and implement patching, antivirus policies, backups, & desktop management. You’ll install, maintain, and support solutions, ensure customer satisfaction, complete documentation, use resources cost-effectively, communicate with colleagues, and participate in training and development opportunities.
What You Need:
- Current Microsoft and VMware accreditations.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in internal and customer-facing field service.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Office 365, printer/multi-function devices, desktop/laptop & mobile devices, TCP/IP networking & switches, and incident management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work shift work, outside normal working hours on a 24/7 basis, and travel as needed.
