Customer Support Lead – Up to £33k

Do you thrive on delivering exceptional customer service and managing customer interactions? We are seeking a dedicated Senior Customer Service Advisor (CSA) to join a talented team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to the Customer Service team, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts and process orders.
  • Handle complaints and provide training to junior staff.
  • Generate reports and maintain records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

What You Need:

  • 3 years of recent experience in a Customer Service environment.
  • Experience using a Call Management System/CRM.
  • IT skills and the ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Relevant experience in a Telecommunications/Network/IT Customer Service environment (desirable).
  • Experience in generating management reports (desirable).
