Customer Relationships Executive

Specialisterne NI is a specialist consultancy that recruits and supports autistic and neurodivergent people.  Our experience helps employers recruit and retain neurodivergent people, and grow diverse, effective teams.  

We are currently recruiting a Customer Relationships Executive, who will bring their flare and talent to this role to support employers, colleges and universities. This is a unique opportunity to use client facing skills to support diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Working closely with the Specialisterne NI leadership team, the Customer Relationships Executive will be the first point of contact for corporate clients, in relation to training, recruitment, in work support, assessment, mentoring and other corporate services, while raising awareness of neurodiversity and Specialisterne NI services that support diversity and inclusion.

Essential Criteria

• Experience in sales, marketing and/or customer relations and Study in a relevant subject area at undergraduate or post graduate level (this includes currently studying or completed). Relevant subject areas are Marketing, Sales, Business development, Psychology, Business Studies, Diversity and Inclusion, Autism, ADHD/ADD, OCD, Tourette’s Syndrome, Dyslexia.

OR

3 years’ experience in a sales, marketing or customer services role within a similar organisation, gained within the last 5 years.

Desirable

• Experience in supporting corporate clients.
• Previous experience working in a charity organisation.
• Experience in the documentation of work according to quality standards.
• Access to a reliable means of transport to enable traveling to various locations when required.
