Are you an experienced SaaS Partner Manager who is interested in joining a legitimate tech for good company who are accelerating the journey towards a more sustainable world?

This is a critical client-facing role designed for a partnership-centric leader and champion for their products and services and support for all business development activities.

Working closely with the UK Executive Director you will be part of the UK hub which is supporting clients throughout UK&I, Europe and the US.

This role is responsible for the development and health of their sales partnerships and relationships. 

Specifically, that involves:

•         Excellent service and delivery to Channel Partners, ensuring they have all they need to sell their products

•         Managing the opportunity pipeline from Channel Partners, including identifying and qualifying new opportunities

•         Experience of creating or working with a governance framework to manage Partner performance 

•         Supporting the Director of Business Development & Head of Marketing on Sales & Marketing Strategy 

•         Keeping stakeholders, sponsors and customers updated on developments, opportunities & industry updates. 

•         Maintaining and manage B2B relationships to maximise value and business reputation. 

•         Maintaining a clear understanding of customer needs. 

•         Ensuring their services meet customer priorities and needs and are delivered with the end-user customer experience in mind.  

•         Assisting customers by finding solutions to business needs/problems. 

•         Maintain an understanding of contractual requirements and communicate any changes.

•         Monthly Sales reporting internally and externally. 

What will you need to be successful in this role?

•         Experience in managing key Partners and supplier relationships. 

•         Open to European (and potentially beyond) travel to meet Partners

•         International Partner experience in the tech space highly desirable

•         Ability to work in partnership with Channel Partners, not as a supplier

•         Experience in the Transport sector would be preferable 

•         Experience in selling/supporting SaaS products 

•         Experience in and/or capability to deliver business development and strategic sales in a target-driven environment. 

•         Strong capability in managing a sales pipeline using CRM tools. 

•         Experience in understanding customer needs and proposing solutions and services to meet these needs. 

•         Strong empathy for the customer. 

•         The ability to work in and adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
