Business Analyst/Product Specialist
Are you interested in understanding how businesses work and helping them improve their processes to make them more efficient and profitable?
We are looking for a BA/Product Specialist who can develop an understanding of customer workflows and manufacturing processes to support them in maximising their investment in our client’s SaaS MRP solutions. You will not be a small cog in a huge machine, rather you will see the direct positive impact of your expertise and the benefits it brings to both our client, and their end user’s customers alike.
Working with high tech Manufacturing companies throughout the UK&I (along with customers in the US, Australia and NZ) you will bridge the gap between Product Development and customer needs.
You will be joining a highly innovative, ambitious, customer success focused SaaS business and you will be supporting the roll out of their latest product to their extensive client base. Their all-in-one solution supports their clients through the entire order lifecycle from enquiries through to invoicing & service.
What will you be doing?
Business Analysis – analyse needs and translate into product development
Customer Success – train and support customers to ensure effective product adoption and utilisation
Product Management – help define roadmaps and strategies through to wireframe.
Data Analysis – track engagement and report on insights to guide data-driven decision making
Cross-functional collaboration – liaise with stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment
Skills and attributes you will have
Previous experience as a BA or Product Specialist
Patient and engaged Customer champion
Proficiency in BA tools and Project Management software
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to ask open questions and actively listen
Inquisitive, analytical, problem-solving mindset
Exceptional verbal and communication skills
Degree in Business Studies/Computer Science, Information Systems, or related/suitable commercial experience
The following would also be highly attractive
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Experience in the Manufacturing industry or experience with another MRP SaaS product
