Bid Manager

Are you an experienced professional with a keen eye for detail and a track record of successfully managing bids and proposals? Our prestigious client seeks a results-driven Bid Manager to join a dynamic team. You may already be a Bid Advisor/ Assistant Manager- ready to take the next step in your career.
As a Bid Manager, you will play a pivotal role in business development efforts by overseeing the end-to-end bid process.
What you’ll do:
- You will analyse bid requirements and develop a strategic approach to each tender.
- You’ll complete daily Tender Search (CIS Ireland, eTendersNI, local Council websites and local press) –and circulate new opportunities to Directors
- You’ll collaborate with architects, designers, finance team and various stakeholders to gather relevant information for proposals.
- You will craft compelling and persuasive bid documents that highlight the firm’s strengths and unique value proposition.
- You’ll manage multiple bids concurrently and ensuring timely submission.
- You will review and edit proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with bid requirements.
- You’ll maintain annual certifications required to support tender submissions: Constructionline, SSIP Certificate, RIBA registration etc.
What you’ll have:
- Proven experience in bid management within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of tailoring messaging to different audiences.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications such as MS Office and bid management tools.
