You’ll join a leading player in the digital marketing and advertising industry, known for their innovative campaigns and exceptional client service.
As an Account Director at, you will be at the forefront of client relationships, leading a team of Account Managers to deliver outstanding marketing solutions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client partnerships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.
What you’ll do:
You’ll lead and mentor a team of Account Managers and Executives to meet and exceed client expectations.
You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact for strategic discussions and account planning.
You’ll drive revenue growth through effective account management, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Media, and Analytics, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
You’ll develop and implement strategic account plans that align with client objectives and business goals.
You will monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide strategic insights and recommendations for optimisation.
What you’ll have:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in a senior account management role within a marketing or advertising agency.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans.
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
